Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all items with no minimum purchase.
Order Processing and Shipping: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We partner with trusted carriers USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your packages arrive safely and on time.
Tracking and Notifications: After your package is shipped, you’ll find a tracking number in your account for easy access. You'll also receive an email with the tracking details, keeping you informed about your shipment's journey.

P.O. Boxes: cannot ship to P.O. Boxes; please provide a valid street address.

FPO, APO Addresses: we do not deliver to FPO or APO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Unfortunately, we also do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.
Delivery Timeframe: Typically, your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 days, depending on your location and the carrier. Please note that shipping does not occur on weekends. Return Policy
We understand that there may be times when you need to return item, and we aim to make this process as easy and convenient as possible. Please take a moment to review our return policy.
Returns for Non-Damaged Items: Our return policy for non-damaged items allows for returns within 30 days from the delivery. To initiate a return please contact our customer service team at support@smacktom.com, and they will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please be aware that any issues reported after 30-day period will not be accepted, and returns after this timeframe cannot be processed. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we do not refund the original shipping fees. To ensure a successful return, items must reach us 30 days of your order's receipt.
Damaged or Missing Items: you receive an item that is damaged or find something missing, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. For damaged items, we require photographic evidence for our records. To report a damaged or missing item, please reach out to our customer service promptly.
